Dr. Watkins specializes in Functional Medicine, a new approach to prevention and treatment of chronic pain. In addition to information on Functional Medicine, Age Management, and the Communications Systems, Dr. Watkins is providing supplements to anyone who would like to purchase them. His patients have been benefiting from his analysis and supplement regimen for years; now you can, too. Just click on “Our Store” and search for supplements by type, by manufacturer, or by name. You can pay with PayPal or a credit card, and they are shipped to your door. Dr. Watkins’ patients have a special “Patient Portal” where they can Skype with Dr. Watkins, keep track of records, appointments, bills, etc.

  • Re-Write of older PHP web application to newer, faster searching with C#/.Net SQL Server

    A long-time client has been successfully using a PHP-based web application, created years ago by ASLAN Solutions. To take advantage of newer capabilities, they requested that ASLAN Solutions re-write their web application into a C#/ASPX format. Now the product is more portable, faster, and provides more specific searching and reporting capabilities.

     

  • Creation and Marketing of Affordable Musem Collection Software

    A new client requested that ASLAN Solutions create inexpensive, robust software to manage museum collections.

    Accumulatus (www.Accumulatus.com) is software created for museums and collectors to organize, catalog, manage, and share their collections. It can help you know how many items you have, where they are stored, what's on exhibit, what an item's acquisition and use history is, and what's out on loan.

    Accumulatus can quickly produce a photo album of all your items, or a detailed list of your items by classification, or labels for your latest acquired objects. Reports can be selected and sorted by multiple criteria, including by entry date, acquisition date, collection date, status, and many more.

  • Ongoing Updates and Upgrades for A Windows Based Policy Management System

    A long-time client has contracted with ASLAN Solutions to create and maintain their Policy Management Systems. Most recently, ASLAN Solutions has updated these legacy Policy Management Systems with the latest technologies for e-mail generation and PDF output of all reports.

    The ASLAN Solutions website is regularly updated, not just with new information, but using newer technology. The most recent iteration includes a complete re-design and re-program of the web site. Using CSS and Javascript technology, the new website is cleaner, faster, and more informative than ever. We hope that you are enjoying our efforts. Upgrading our own technology helps give us experience that we then pass on to our clients.

     

  • Move Legacy System to C#/.Net

    A new client requested ASLAN Solutions to move an exisitng legacy system to C#.

     

  • Training in Microsoft Office 2010

    Two of our clients, one new and one returning, requested help from ASLAN Solutions in training employees on the transition from Microsoft Office 2003 to 2010.

    A local hospital made this upgrade with minimal in-house training and then responded to their staff’s request for more. ASLAN Solutions spent three months in a classroom setting to provide more in-depth knowledge for the hospital’s Executive and Administrative Assistants.

    A local law firm regularly contracts with ASLAN Solutions, whenever they have software upgrades or changes. ASLAN Solutions provides group classes, individual training, and general support for the first few weeks of new software use.
